Using CacheTALK II® software, business owners have a fast, secure way to verify cash totals in their CacheSYSTEM® safe(s) without visiting the location or having a manager call. From a corporate office, home or other remote location, the owner can log on to a secure Web site to view the amount cash in each cassette and the change fund in the tube magazine, as well as the amount and type of individual manual drops. Armor Safe can even send automatic e-mail messages with end of day or armored car pickup reports. No more waiting for a manager to call in with safe totals and no more rolled deposits. You know your money has gone to the bank today.

 
     
  Business owners can view remotely :
  • Totals by cassette, tube magazine, and manual drops
  • Terminal ID
  • Store information: name, address, and phone number
  • Last armored car pickup dollar amount, date and time
  • Type, date and time of each transfer

    All you need is a regular phone line connected to your safe. The line can be shared with other devices, since the safe uses the line only two to three minutes each day. We do the rest. It’s a great way to keep even closer tabs on your money!

      CacheTALK® III software allows for real time reconciliation
         
      CacheTALK III is a software program that communicates with the CacheSYSTEM® cash control safe(s). This Windows-based system is loaded on the back office computer and allows data to be received directly from the safe. It provides store managers real time information, including an array of reports and cash totals.
         
      CacheTALK III is fully compliant with the National Association of Convenience Stores NAXML 3.0 point of sale and back office standards, allowing managers to save hours in reconciling safe and POS system totals.
