CacheTALK III

CacheTALK III is an ideal option if you have multiple CacheSYSTEM® safes and you want to view and reconcile information with your POS daa from a remote location. Using familiar applications that already exist on your computer, CacheTALK III:

Communicates your safe's activity to you...

On the web

You can securely view your safe's activity using any web browser. The safe can be connected to your local area network or it can be accessed remotely using any secure internet connection. All of the safe's transaction reports can be viewed, including end-of-day summaries, individual user activity and armored car pick-ups.

CacheTALK III software also contains general information about the safe that can be viewed with a web browser. This feature provides you with secure remote access to your operator's manual, making it accessible from any location and preventing it from being lost. It's just one more way that we work hard for your money.

Via email

A selection of email alerts keep you appraised of your safe's activity. You can select the messages you receive from a menu of options which includes:

  • a summary of the day's deposits
  • armored car pick-up reports
  • shift reports of the day's activity

Through your database

CacheTALK III supports File Transfer Protocol, which means data from your safe can be easily extracted and imported into many standard spreadsheet and database applications, allowing reconciliation with your POS data for detailed comparison and exception reporting. You can also monitor the status of your safe (e.g. cassette approaching capacity, bill validator jammed) using CacheTALK III's SNMP capabilities.
