Armor Safe manufactures and sells quality custom safes for the industrial and commercial market place and automated teller machine (ATM) components as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM). We also manufacture and sell a full line of computerized safes through our CacheSYSTEM family of products.

Company Profile Armor Safe Technologies was founded in 1975. Armor Safe became well known for its "B", "C", and UL¬ listed safes. In 1985 Armor Safe entered the ATM component market. In 1991 Armor Safe was purchased by Phelps-Tointon, Inc., a holding company based in Greeley, CO. Phelps-Tointon committed the substantial investments required to facilitate the rapid expansion of Armor Safe. Due to this rapid expansion in 1991, the Company relocated to its current 44,000 square foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Vista, CA. Phelps-Tointon also owns Southern Steel Company, Inc. (San Antonio, TX), Rocky Mountain Prestress, Inc. (Denver, CO), and Phelps-Tointon Millwork (Fort Collins, CO).
